Examples of considerations to be inclusive:
1) Length of event/meeting without refreshments could impact attendees with health issues (diabetes) or those fasting at different times.
2) Ensure attendance of people working term/part-time or people with family/religious commitments, consider:
- Childcare & School Terms
- Caring or parenting responsibilities, such as working towards 10am- 3pm or 4pm window for holding essential meetings
- Adoption leave
- Pregnancy
- Maternity or paternity leave
- Religious observances
