Any hours to be paid via a timesheet should be provided to the central administration within a School or Unit to be added the monthly master timesheet. There may be a local procedure in place for this so it is best to check with your line manager and/or the admin team at your School or Unit.
It is possible to submit a personal timesheet via the below link however this should only be done in extenuating circumstances as there is no reason every School or Unit should not be able to submit a master timesheet.
A master timesheet template can be provided if required please email firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be asked to log in using your normal university username and password.
When the form is complete, email it to yourself then forward to your line manager for approval. Your line manager can approve the payment by simply forwarding that email to ts-salaries@ stating approved.
All authorised timesheets must be submitted by the monthly cut off date. Timesheets that miss the date will not be processed that month.
