• Update personal data

  Staff can log into Self Service and students can log into MySaint to update personal details, such as:

  • address
  • bank details
  • emergency contact details

  Contact the IT Service Desk to assist with changes to the following:

  • name
  • pronouns
  • preferred names

• Request a change to the data warehouse

  The University’s Data Warehouse is a system designed primarily for querying central administrative data. Data owners and data stewards can request changes by completing the online form.

• Report an issue with University data

  Staff using University systems have a responsibility to report the following issues to the IT Service Desk:

  • missing data
  • formatting errors (including spelling mistakes)
  • inaccurate or out-of-date information
  • inconsistencies in the same data between systems

  Examples include:

  • missing fields in the student record system
  • staff name change in Self Service not reflected in PDMS
  • a Business Intelligence dashboard displays incorrect HR data

• Report a data breach

  If you believe that any University system or data has been compromised, report it immediately to:
