Planned downtime of HR Self Service
Due to a system update, HR Self Service will be unavailable on Monday, 25 March 2019 until 12:00. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Any sickness forms, Expense claims or Annual leave can be submitted retrospectively when the system is available again the following day.
How to sign in
Enter your University username (without the @st-andrews suffix) and the same password as you use to access your University email account.
You will then be prompted to answer one of the security questions you have preset, remembering that the answers you set to the questions are case sensitive.
