AV support for conferences and events

• Standard package

  • An initial consultation to discuss your requirements.
  • Use of the existing audio visual equipment in your chosen venue.
  • You will be met on the day for an overview and demonstration.
  • Daily check-ins throughout the course of your event to ensure everything's running smoothly.

• Additional support

  If you need extra help above the standard package, let IT Services know in advance.

  Monday to Friday, between 9am and 8pm	£25 an hour
  Monday to Friday, before 9am or after 8pm	£40 an hour
  Saturday and Sunday, 9am to 5pm	£25 an hour
  Saturday and Sunday, before 9am or after 5pm	£50 an hour

• Extra equipment

  If your chosen venue doesn't have the AV equipment you need, IT Services can install the following technology for a daily fee.

• Record a conference or event

  If you would like to record your own event, you can request the Marantz Professional Recorder (audio recording) for £50 per day or a HD camera ZOOM Q8HD (Main powered) for £30 per day.

  You can request video editing or media transfer for a minimum of one hour, charged at £50 per hour.

• Stream a conference or event

  Let IT Services know at least a month in advance if you want to stream an event on the internet. This gives time to gather requirements and provide a quote.
