ASDP teaching workshops
Teaching staff can access a suite of short, focused workshops on different teaching topics, delivered by St Andrews academics, for academics. These workshops are part of the Academic Staff Development Programme co-ordinated by Organisational and Staff Development Service (OSDS).

Throughout the ASDP we have mapped each of the teaching workshops to the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) | Advance HE (advance-he.ac.uk). Please visit the website to read the full framework. The Professional Values section should underpin everything that you do during your time here, and therefore we have not highlighted a breakdown of this category. Similarly, Area of Activity 5 (engage in continuing professional development) is a continuous area that is relevant to every stage of your professional journey. Engaging in any part of the ASDP would satisfy the A5 criteria of the Framework.
