DEER-Stitch
Matlab executable with GUI. It was written in Matlab 2011 and is no longer supported but you are welcome to alter as you need or send JEL comments. Will take 3-pulse and short 4-pulse DEER time traces and overlay to produce a single DEER trace. This is advantageous when the spin-spin relaxation time of the sample will not allow for a 4-pulse DEER measurement alone. Please see the paper and download from here. A couple of bugs in the matlab file were amended June 2018.
