Grief Group

The Chaplaincy are offering the Grief Group again this semester. The Grief Group is open to all students who are grieving and this does not have to be a recent loss. This Group is an opportunity to find common ground with others in order to feel less isolated and alone.

The Grief Group is an opportunity to find common ground in order to feel less isolated and alone. The group is open to all students who are grieving, and this does not have to be a recent loss. Change, such as starting university, often reopens buried feelings and the Grief Group will walk alongside you.

The Grief Group is a safe place to discuss and share various aspects of grief. This semester our three sessions will focus on emotions, beginning with Anger.

The sessions will be 50-minutes via Microsoft Teams, supported by Honorary Chaplains and led by Sam, the University Assistant Chaplain.
