Pre-departure

The Global Office has set up a Moodle module for all outbound postgraduate students.  If your study abroad/ work placement application is successful, you will be given access to the module in early April.  Further information will be sent to you via email.   

The pre-departure site in Moodle contains important information about:

• Travel during the pandemic
• Finance
• Credit and grade conversion (postgraduate taught students only)
• Insurance and visas
• Documentation
• Your academic programme abroad
• Living abroad

You will have access to this module for the duration of your placement but we strongly recommend that you read all of the information prior to departure.
