Dr Penny Turnbull
Assistant Director - (Projects & Systems)
Penny joined Student Services in early 2015 to work on a number of projects including Orientation and sexual consent. In May 2016 she moved into the role of Assistant Director (Projects & Residential) where she continued to manage a wide variety of projects while heading up the University’s team of 56 Wardennial Staff.
In September 2022, Penny became the Assistant Director of Projects & Systems, where she is focused on engaging with all undergraduates and postgraduates from across the University in projects that support and enhance the student experience.
Penny comes from an experienced background of risk management, crisis response and emergency planning both here and the US, and has a particular interest in personal resilience and wellbeing.
