Module grades, awards and academic documents
The University prepares transcripts, status letters, degree certificates and Higher Education Achievement Reports for current students and graduates.
All module grades shown on student transcripts are calculated using the University's 20-point Common Reporting Scale.
How to access your academic documents
Access to your academic documents depends on whether you:
- are currently enrolled in a course at the University, or
- completed your study at the University from June 2010 onwards, including those who did not complete their course
Important
From September 2026, the University will no longer provide official transcripts in PDF format. All official academic documents should be accessed and shared via the University’s digital document platform.
This includes students who undertook credit-bearing study, even if they did not graduate.
