The following data protection guidance is for researchers at the University of St Andrews.

Human participant research data

To help safeguard individuals and the institution, the University provides direction and guidance through a series of policies and guidelines on how data and information are to be handled and protected when using information communication technologies (ICT). This guidance gives advice on how to best use ICT facilities and services to safely work with personal data to support research.
