Urgent issue preventing delivery of a lecture

If you have an issue with the microphones or AV equipment that is preventing you from delivering your lecture, please call the IT Services audio visual team on either:

• (+44) 01334 46 3674 from your mobile phone or
• 3674 from an internal telephone.

Non-urgent issue reporting

Please report any issues encountered that did not prevent you from delivering your lecture by emailing itservicedesk@st-andrews.ac.uk with details of:

• what the issue was
• where it occurred
• when it occurred.

There is no policy requirement to re-record lectures that were not captured due to technical issues. If a lecture is not recorded successfully, you should inform the relevant students that a lecture was not captured due to technical difficulties and advise that the issue is being investigated.
