Find a registered therapist or counsellor
If you are looking for a registered therapist or counsellor visit:
- the counselling and therapist directory
- the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists therapist directory
For therapists trained in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, use the UK and Ireland EMDR Association therapist finder.
For therapists trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), visit the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies register.
