User experience

All decisions relating to the content and design of the University’s website should be data-driven.

The University collects quantitative and qualitative data from a range of sources to ensure that the website and any web or mobile apps meet users' needs. The Digital Communications team use this data to make decisions about web design and development and to prioritise work.

The Digital Communications team can help evaluate user experience (UX) to help staff gauge how users really interact with certain sites and apps.
