The Epistemology of #BelieveWomen Workshop

25th March 2023 - 26th March 2023

Event Navigation

Recent feminist campaigns, such as #BelieveWomen and #MeToo, have generated a great deal of discussion about sexual misconduct accusations and our consequent moral, legal, and epistemic duties. This workshop aims to bring together scholars working at the intersection of epistemology and feminist philosophy in order to better understand and illuminate this politically important, personally sensitive, and epistemically significant topic.

Speakers:
Aidan McGlynn (Edinburgh)
Eleonora Volta (Milan/Glasgow)

Emily Tilton (U. British Columbia)
