Abstract: In the past couple of decades, the slate of logical alternatives has grown rather spectacularly large. Moreover, there’s been an increasing amount of work on how, whether, and when we should consider modifying the logical bedrock of our methods of inquiry. The situation of logic choice, though, offers a rather unique epistemic situation which contains lessons for more general epistemological issues. I’ll draw out a few of these lessons, pointing out how the situation of logic choice, gives us insight into the grounds of our most basic epistemic methods.
