I first say a bit about what metasemantics is and what meta-metasemantics are.
I outline various theories that have been proposed.
Then in the central part of the talk I present a new proposal: the metasemantics changes over time, and at any one time there are many metasemantic relations we can chose between. This is because the meta-metasemantic facts are dynamic, in a way to be explained.
