David Russell Apartments (DRA) offers modern, three-star accommodation. It is the perfect choice for families and groups looking for a base during the Open in St Andrews, its award-winning beaches and its world-famous links courses.
Rooms in apartments can also be booked on an individual basis as each room has it's own en suite and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to each bedroom is via your own individual keycard.
The residence is about a 25-minute walk from the centre of town and local amenities.

Rates for 155th Open 2027
Bookings are available based on a seven-night package checking in on Monday 12 July with departure on Monday 19 July 2027.
All rooms are en suite. Double beds are a standard 4ft 6in wide in a five-room flat, with your own access key to the flat and to your bedroom.
Rates are inclusive of VAT.

Each room includes:
- a double bed (4ft 6in wide)
- an en suite shower room
- a desk and study chair
- access to a shared kitchen area which includes use of a fridge freezer, TV and dishwasher.
