The University of St Andrews can only accept exchange students from universities with which we have a formal reciprocal agreement. You must be nominated by your home university before submitting an application form. International Study Abroad Programme
Students who wish to study abroad in St Andrews out-with a reciprocal exchange agreement should apply for our fee-paying International Study Abroad Programme. This includes students who self-fund their studies, students whose fees are paid for by a partner institution or provider, as well as students who have been nominated by their home institution to study abroad out-with a reciprocal exchange agreement.
