The Sub-Committee on Researcher Career Development drives researcher career development across the University through strategic initiatives that scope, listen to and leverage the existing career needs of researchers. The Sub-Committee comprises of members from the research community and University management thereby imbibing strategy and specificity in career initiatives as well as facilitating change by leveraging resources from across the University. It reports to Research, Impact and Innovation Committee.
This Sub-Committee sits in relation to other entities as per the diagram in the 'Framework' section of the Research, Impact and Innovation Committee webpage.
This Sub-Committee recruits new representative members every 3 years using a simple and open process, as per the relevant section below.
