To interpret and support the University's strategic ambitions, particularly its student recruitment targets.
To develop and maintain residential accommodation and other services which continue to meet the expectations of students, staff and other users.
To provide a responsive and customer focused approach to the interaction with students, staff and other customers in support of the University's wider ambitions.
To operate efficient services which deliver the financial performance necessary to sustain the organisation, and contribute to the financial well being of the University.
To promote the facilities and services offered to our students, staff, external customers, visitors and stakeholders in a highly effective manner.
