The business transformation helpdesk is a service supported and managed by the Business Transformation Portfolio Office (BTPO) support team.

The main purpose of the helpdesk is to manage and provide knowledgeable responses to PPM related queries.

It does this by resourcing this service with skilled PPM staff who have expertise in the following areas:
