Dr Ben Walton is a Post-doctoral Research Fellow, working on the National Geographic Society's Living Pathways Program with Professor Christian Rutz, an ambitious new global initiative, combining community building, wildlife tracking technology, local empowerment, education, and storytelling to increase human-wildlife coexistence in the world's unprotected landscapes.

Ben has broad interests in animal behaviour and widlife conservation, in particular using cutting-edge biologging technologies to understand animal responses to human activities and increase human-wildlife coexistence.
