Welcome to the home page of the Topological Protection and Non-Equilibrium States in Strongly Correlated Electron Systems (TOPNES) research programme.

TOPNES is a major collaboration between the Universities of St Andrews, Edinburgh and Oxford, funded by a grant from the EPSRC, and with a budget of £6.8M for six years of research which started on 31st August 2011.
