Film: Cry of the Snow Lion
Wednesday 14 October, 7:30pm, School VI, The Quad
Our first event will be a film screening, this time of an award winning documentary about the currentsituation in Tibet, 'The Cry of the Snow Lion'. This film concisely narrates the story of Tibet as a nation since 1950 onwards and is a must-see for individuals interested in developing a better understanding of the Tibet issue, as well as giving a basic introduction to Tibetan Buddhism.
Tibetan Lunch
Wednesday 20 October, 12-2pm, Mansfield Building.
A delicious traditional Tibetan lunch. Come and enjoy great food prepared freshly, and great company in a fun environment.
