Welcome To Russia Week

Welcome to Russia Week! This year, the University's Russian Society has mobilised itself to bring you seven Spring days of really unmissable events, starting on the 16th of April.

We think it's criminal how much misinformation prevails about Russia and so in order to prove you all wrong we've compiled a programme celebrating the richness of Russian Culture through the medium of 'Art', 'Music', Literature'.

We also want to provide you with a visual insight into modern Russia, the country behind the enigma. For this we have some very cool award-winning film makers coming who have carved a career in documenting Russia through the undergrowth.
Russia is going to be in the news more than ever before this year, primarily with elections and we want to give you real expert insight into just what's going on.

Don't miss Bridget Kendall, Andrew Graham Dixon, Angus Roxburgh, George Carey, Teresa Cherfas, Harvey Pitcher, the Courtauld Institute of Art and many, many more!

We've got a live stream sorted for today's events, so you'll be able to watch them from wherever you are. Click here to view the channel. (Streaming should start around 2.30pm)

Unfortunately Thursday's Music Night has had to be cancelled due to complications. Sorry for any inconvenience.

You can now reserve tickets for any of our events. Click here to email us about what you'd like.

The full programme of events is now online! Click here to take a peek.
