If you are...
Arriving on Sunday
You should proceed directly to the McIntosh halls to check in to the accomodation (see our
map for location).
Check in is available from 2pm. We will be stationed at the Whey Pat pub (pictured right) from about 4pm on Sunday if there are
any problems or queries. Alternatively we can be contacted on our mobiles (our numbers were sent via e-mail). Feel free to join us for a drink at the Whey Pat.
On Monday morning you should make your way to the Gateway as detailed below.
Arriving on Monday
You should proceed directly to the Gateway (pictured left) to register. Registration will take place from 10.30am - 11.00am on Monday. The Gateway is roughly a 5 minute walk from the bus
station - see our
map for the exact location. For those who are driving - there is a free car park outside the Gateway itself or you
can park accross the road in one of the two free long term car parks (also shown on the
map ).
Upon entering the Gateway via the main entrance you should be directed (either by staff at
the reception or by signage) downstairs to the registration desk and seminar rooms
where we will be waiting!
