Call for Papers

Arché Graduate Conference
in the Philosophy of Logic, Language, Mathematics and Mind.

Papers by graduate students are invited on topics in the philosophy of logic, language, mathematics, mind and related areas.

Keynote Speakers Dr. Bill Brewer (Oxford)
Dr. John Divers (Sheffield)
Prof. Crispin Wright (St. Andrews)

All graduate papers will have faculty respondents, and will be followed by open discussion. Respondents include Bob Hale (University of Glasgow) and Fraser MacBride (Arché, University of St Andrews). Travel and accommodation costs for speakers at the conference will be subsidised.

Papers must be no more than 5000 words long and take no more than 35-40 minutes to present. Submissions will be assessed anonymously, so please include name, abstract and contact details on an individual cover sheet.

Deadline for Submission: 1st July 2003
Notification will be given early August
