Graham Turnbull is a lecturer in experimental physics

My research interests are focused on optical applications of soft materials, including photonics applications of organic semiconductors, notably the development of visible plastic lasers, and optofluidics. I am an academic member of the Organic Semiconductor Optoelectronics research group, and the University of St Andrews Organic Semiconductor Centre.

My teaching duties include undergraduate lectures on "The Physics of Electronic Devices", and "Introduction to Organic Electronics" and postgraduate distance-learning courses "Semiconductor Physics and Devices" and "Polymer and Liquid Crystal Displays"
