The Guild of Cooks investigates period recipes to recreate medieval food for feasts and tavern nights.
Meetings will invariably consist of edible goods (or not so edible as the case may be) and the production thereof, plus hopefully some creative input into future feast menus.
Whilst clearly (when feeding the fighters) there is much emphasis on the pie and meat variety of food, we are also interested in producing vegetarian dishes as well.

Molly Engelman

Hello there! My name is Molly and this is my first year as the secondary cooks guild head. I've long had an interest in cooking and have recently turned this into a pursuit of adapting and recreating mediaeval dishes. If I had to say something was my particular specialty, I'd have to say it was baking, pies, tartes, cakes, you name it. I have a nice kitchen this year which I hope to open up to the guild if we have enough interest. I look forward to getting to know you all!
