What would a feast be without something to drink? It's the brewing guild's job to bring refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the table. Often a simple job with at most a few afternoon's worth of work and then weeks waiting for the yeast to complete the job. The brewing guild holds the infamous recipe book with many interesting tipples, some tried and tested and some yet to be investigated.

I, the head brewer, focus on brewing beers and ales from the grain but hope to branch out, particularly to mead. I also look forward to meeting other home brewers and training those who wish to learn.The brewing guild organises occasional meetings to plan brews as well as taste testing (think real ale pub crawls and sharing of home recipes)
