Project Anime was founded many years ago by a small group of enthusiasts for Japanese Animation, or Anime (Ah-Nee-May), to provide a society for likeminded people to meet, discuss their favourite series and films, and watch new anime.
Since its inception the society has grown steadily, in keeping with the growing interest in Anime after such films as Akira, Ghost in the Shell, or more recently Spirited Away (Pokemon, DBZ, etc. may have something to do with it as well, but we brush that under the carpet.)
This webiste exists to provide useful information to members and students interested in joining the society. It contains meeting times, our anime library, a selection of other useful features, and links to other anime related sites.
If you feel something is missing from the site, or wish to contact the society for whatever reason, you can e-mail us at animesoc@st-andrews.ac.uk!
This website has been brought to you by the
adjective (that's a describing word) KAWAII!!! ^_^
special thanx to Duncan Law Green for our header graphic
