Research areas
I am a Senior Lecturer in Scool of Mathematics and Statistics based at the Centre for Research into Ecological and Environmental Modelling. Until July 2026, I was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Statistics, University of Auckland, New Zealand.
I develop statistical methods to model point pattern data and have a particular interest in self-exciting phenomena. In addition, I have an interest in statistics education research focussing on peer-review and interactive learning.
