We are deeply saddened to announce that Professor Ian Taylor has recently passed away.
The recently published Guardian University Guide 2021 ranked the School of International Relations the top international relations department in Scotland and first in Politics in the UK.
Gillian Fleming wins the "Award for Commitment by a member of Professional Services Staff" in the 2019-2020 St Andrews Teaching Awards.
Professor Caron Gentry receives the 2019-2020 "J. Ann Tickner Award" at this years International Studies Association conference.
Dr Lydia Cole, Dr Laura Mills, Dr Natasha Saunders, and Dr Faye Donnelly were awarded the PSA’s Innovations in Teaching Politics (Group) Award.
Dr Taylor St John was awarded the IPE Best Book Award, for her publication "The Rise of Investor-State Arbitration: Politics, Law, and Unintended Consequences".
The School of International Relations ranked as top international relations department in Scotland and first in politics in the UK.
The Counter-Terrorism Education Project Award was received by the Handa Centre for the Study of Terrorism and Political Violence at the University of St Andrews.
