November and December 2021 graduation ceremonies

We are currently arranging traditional in-person ceremonies and we will be fully compliant with the Scottish Government's Covid-19 regulations.

Due to the ongoing redevelopment of Younger Hall, the ceremonies will take place in the University Sports Centre. We are working with an external staging company to ensure that the Hall is appropriately dressed for your ceremony.

The ceremony at which you graduate depends on the degree subjects you have been studying. Undergraduate students graduate alongside the postgraduate students within their School.

The ceremony at which you graduate depends on the degree subjects you have been studying. In the case of joint degrees, your subjects are listed in alphabetical order in your student record, and you will graduate with the School of the first subject e.g. if you are studying for an MA Honours in International Relations and Modern History, you will graduate with the School of International Relations.

Postgraduate degrees will be conferred alongside undergraduate degrees within the same School.
