Graduation ceremonies

Graduation takes place in St Andrews twice a year: in June and in December.

June 2020 graduation ceremonies - Younger Hall

The ceremony that a student graduates in depends on the degree subjects they have been studying. In the case of joint degrees, the subjects are listed in alphabetical order in the student record, and the student will graduate with the School of the subject that comes first.

Postgraduate students will graduate alongside undergraduate students within their same School.
