Staff can seek support through the University’s Inclusive Practice support group. Staff can access support group dates and join support group meetings via the Inclusive Practice support group MS Teams site.

The group is designed to assist colleagues in their endeavours to design inclusive curriculums, adopt inclusive pedagogical practice and any activity designed to contribute to a more inclusive St Andrews.

Specifically, the group is designed to:

  • provide a dedicated space for discussion about resources (e.g., academic literature,  toolkits, online resources) that pertain to inclusive pedagogy and practice, with the view to helping staff upskill, enhance, and refine inclusive pedagogical approaches
  • provide a space for staff (cross-disciplinary) to communicate and collaborate
  • provide a safe place for staff to ‘trouble-shoot’ issues and progress issues collectively.

Centre for Minorities Research Student Podcast

The Centre for Minorites Research Podcast is a student-led initiative, that reflects the CMR’s core values of promoting dialogue between disciplines on all aspects of minority research.

Students from Social Anthropology, Film Studies, International Relations, Modern Languages, German Studies, and more will engage with leading figures in academia, civil society, and social activism to discuss minority issues in unique and provocative ways. The podcast series provides a space for students to creatively explore their interests alongside experts from a range of fields and disciplines to co-produce collaborative knowledge for the contemporary age.

If you are interested in collaborating with the Centre for Minorities Research Podcast, please address all correspondence to Series convenor and editor Camila Ferreira Marinelli (cfm5@st-andrews.ac.uk).
