Advising
Undergraduates
If you are an undergraduate in sub-Honours, Advising is organised centrally and you will be sent information about what to do.
If you are taking any Honours modules (3000- or 4000-level) in the School this year, you will need to make an appointment to see the Honours Adviser. Further information on Honours Advising and modules available in 2025-2026 can be found in the Honours Booklet.
Postgraduate taught (MLitt) students
If you are starting the postgraduate taught Master’s degree (MLitt), come to the Postgraduate Induction on Thursday 11 September at 11am, and stay on for lunch to meet your new classmates and some of the staff who will be teaching you. Advising will take place on Tuesday 9 and Wednesday 10 September. Further information will be provided by email in due course.
Handbooks
The School’s Undergraduate and Taught Postgraduate Handbooks 2025-2026 will be available here when they are ready.
