Combined Studies MA

The School of Art History contributes four accessible modules to the Combined Studies MA programme. Running in Semester 1 or Semester 2, the courses cover a wide range of material and periods.

Lectures are delivered by School staff whose specialities include painting, sculpture, photography, architecture and furniture history. No prior knowledge is required to enjoy these popular modules as students are provided with background reading, and tutorials are designed to expand on areas not covered in lectures.

Classes take place in an informal setting where debate and discussion are positively encouraged.
