MSt(Res)

The MSt(Res) is a twelve-month research masters degree which consists in writing a dissertation of typically 30,000 words. It is taken after satisfactory performance in a taught masters degree in philosophy such as our own MLitt. It is often taken by students who ultimately aim to undertake a PhD.
