Use of generative AI in teaching and assessment

The use of generative AI in teaching and assessment is governed by the University's Policy on the Use of Generative AI in Teaching and Assessment.

By default, you must NOT use generative AI in work submitted for assessment unless you are explicitly authorised to do so.

Each module handbook will state whether generative AI use is permitted, restricted, or prohibited; if you are unsure, consult the module coordinator before submitting.
