Research areas
Dr Keith Moffat has been an academic general practitioner since 2014, with interests in health informatics, healthcare system modelling, trials and machine learning.
He has held academic GP fellowship positions at the University of Glasgow where he was clinical lead for the Scottish arm of the 3D multimorbidity trial. He also contributed to systematic reviews on hypertension and asthma and publications on multimorbidity.
Keith recently completed his PhD at St Andrews on predicting recruitment to trials using machine learning.
He supervises undergraduate and postgraduate students at St Andrews.
Keith works at St Andrews on a Monday as an academic fellow in general practice.
