School of International Relations staff win University Teaching Excellence Awards

The School of International Relations is delighted to celebrate the achievements of several colleagues recognised at the University Teaching Excellence Awards for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Dr Katharina Hunfeld was the School’s nominee for the University Teaching Excellence Award and was one of only four faculty members to receive the honour.

In addition, Dr Faye Donnelly received the Undergraduate Award for Outstanding Dissertation, Thesis, or Project Supervisor. Dr Tony Lang and Dr William Vlcek were recognised for Outstanding Innovation in Teaching, while Dr Camilo Ardila, Dr Keshab Giri, Dr Rahul Rao, and Dr Malaka Shwaikh received the University Award for Inclusive Teaching.

These awards reflect the School of International Relations’ ongoing commitment to delivering outstanding teaching alongside world-leading research across the University.
