Check Panopto folder settings

Check and amend the availability settings for your module recordings.
Access your module Panopto folder directly or through Moodle.
1. Click the ellipsis icon and then click 'Settings'
2. Click the 'Settings' tab
3. Scroll down to the 'Availability' section
The preferred option at the University is never (unless set on the session). This option hides new recordings from students until a member of staff on the module publishes the recording.
When new folders are created in Panopto the default setting is immediately which makes recordings available as soon as they are created. You should check this setting on all newly created or rolled-over modules to make sure it has been changed to never where required.
