Move a Panopto recording to a different folder

How to move a recording in the Panopto folder structure.

Find the Panopto folder that contains the recording you wish to move. The following example shows a user's My Folder.

1. Hover over the recording and tick the checkbox.

2. Select the Move button from the toolbar.

3. Type the destination folder into the search bar. You can also navigate through folders that are available to you using the dropdown menu.

In this example, the module code has been entered and the 2024_5_Y1 instance of the module has been found.

4. Select the folder from the dropdown list. Then click the Move button.

A tick will appear next to all recordings that have been successfully moved.

Remember to check if the recording needs to be published in the destination folder.
