Research areas
I am interested in modelling calving dynamics from small scale deterministic simulations to predicting long term calving patterns using large scale ice sheet models. I primarily use the 3D calving model within the Elmer/Ice glacier modelling suite. I am part of the International Thwaites Glacier Colloboration (ITGC), DOMINOS subject (https://thwaitesglacier.org/projects/dominos) working under PI Doug Benn.
