  • Prices quoted are exclusive of transport to and from St Andrews and accommodation costs.
  • Places on this exclusive tour are extremely limited and will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
  • Places will only be held upon receipt of full payment.
  • All payments are fully non-refundable.
  • All scheduled elements are subject to change without notice.
  • Should changes to the schedule be required, a revised schedule of equivalent value/interest will be available.
  • Prices quoted include all scheduled lunches, dinners and local transport within St Andrews.
  • The University of St Andrews reserves the right to cancel the event at any time. Should this take place, a full refund will be offered to our guests.
  • UK tax payers please note that we are not able to claim Gift Aid on payments made to the event due to HMRC Gift Aid rules. If you would like to make a gift in addition to the published price, we would be happy to give information about how Gift Aid may be reclaimed for UK taxpayers.

Terms and conditions for those from the US and Canada

  • US Tax payers: The University of St Andrews American Foundation is delighted to be involved in the running of this special event and can provide a tax receipt acceptable to the IRS for US tax payers where applicable, and limited to the amount paid in excess of the fair market value.
  • Canadian Tax Payers: The University of St Andrews can provide a tax receipt acceptable to the Canada Review Agency for Canadian taxpayers where applicable and limited to the amount paid in excess of the Fair Market Value.
  • US dollar prices for the event are $1,990 for two days and $995 for one day. Prices quoted are per person and rates are correct at time of advertising.
  • Canadian dollar prices for the event are $2,770 for two days and $1,385 for one day. Prices quoted are per person and rates are correct at time of advertising.
  • Once the online booking form is completed, guests from the US should make their payment online and designate their payment as ‘Patrons’ Program’ where indicated in the ‘Other’ option in the 'Apply My Donation To' drop-down menu.
  • US tax payers may pay in USD by check, made payable to the ‘University of St Andrews American Foundation’
  • Canadian tax payers may pay in CAD by cheque, made payable to the ‘University of St Andrews’ as per the above Canadian dollar prices. Canadian tax payers may also make payment in pound sterling by check or credit card in the amount of £1,500 per person for two days and £750 per person for one day. To pay by credit card in pound sterling, please select the ‘GBP’ option within the booking form.
  • Fair market value is calculated at US$995 (CAD $1,385 / £750) for the two day option and US$498 (CAD$693 / £375) for the one day option.
  • Exchange rates are correct at time of advertising and may be liable to change.
