Fees on this page apply to Semester 1 accommodation only, for students on an exchange programme or a short-term study abroad scheme.

How to pay your fees

Semester 1 contracts

Accommodation contracts for undergraduates, for Semester 1 only, start on Saturday 5 September 2026 and end on Tuesday 22 December 2026.

Residence fees for undergraduate accommodation options for Semester 1 include:

  • utilities (gas and electricity)
  • internet access (using your own PC)
  • contents insurance from cover4insurance.com (terms and conditions apply)
  • hall committee subscriptions (non-refundable): £50 in all residences
