LGBTQ+ inclusion work has a history of more than 45 years at the University and is part of our institutional culture.
St Andrews has an LGBTQ+ Working Group whose task is to work with the EDI Team in developing the LGBTQ+ Inclusion Plan and overseeing its implementation. This work aligns with other cross-institutional initiatives to advance equality and inclusion of LGBTQ+ colleagues.
