Single-molecule fluorescence imaging techniques

Currently, we are implementing a range of single-molecule techniques in our lab, mostly to work with immobilised biomolecules: Single-molecule Total-Internal Reflection (both prism- and objective type based, see figure a and b) and single-molecule confocal (figure c) for those faster biological process that need high collection rates.
